Pay and Schedule

  • $60,000-90,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Manager must be well versed in products offered and in the furniture sales realm as a whole.
  • The Sales Managers trains and guides showroom staff. This includes working with personnel to set and reach sales goals within company standards. The Sales Manager addresses problems as they arise.
  • The Sales Manager oversees inventory levels and assists with merchandising showrooms.
  • Provides excellent customer service and handles escalated customer complaints as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Four to ten years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands: Moderate physical demands required. Sales Managers are required to stand for prolonged periods of time and will occasionally have to lift up to 25 pounds.

Other: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong leadership skills required.
